Dalhart, Texas Facility

Hilmar Cheese Company's newest facility, located in the Texas Panhandle in Dalhart, Texas, resides in the center of the United States within a growing dairy region. The state-of-the-art cheese and whey protein plant processes up to 5 million pounds of milk each day. On August 6, 2008 Hilmar Cheese Company announced the start of Phase II to increase capacity.
